The Chicago Sky have been riding a roller coaster to start the WNBA season.
In head coach Tyler Marsh’s first year with the organization, the Sky began the season with an 0-4 record. They have since won back-to-back games, seemingly finding a groove with forward Angel Reese at the center of their recent success.

Amid their win streak, Reese collaborated with her sneaker partnership brand, Reebok, to display an exciting announcement for fans.
Reebok released Angel Reese’s signature logo and also dropped a player-exclusive Engine A sneaker that’s labeled as “Pretty Gritty.”
Upon the release of the announcement by Reebok, the Chicago Sky’s official social media account reposted the news, seemingly showing support to Angel Reese.

Angel Reese previously signed with Reebok in 2023. She has since become a brand ambassador and one of the most prominent faces of the brand.
When the “Pretty Gritty” Engine A shoes hit the market, Reese commented on the news, sharing her excitement for the accomplishment.

“I’m excited to give fans a glimpse into what’s to come in our overall partnership, and we’re still just getting started,” Reese said, per the Just Women’s Sports website.

In her second WNBA season, Angel Reese has posted 10.0 points and 12.3 rebounds per game.
She tallied similar numbers in her rookie season with the Sky, capping off the year averaging 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game, leading the WNBA in the rebounding category.
Angel Reese and the Sky will now prepare for a prime-time matchup against the Indiana Fever.
Chicago is set to take on the Fever on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. Indiana will be playing without its star guard, Caitlin Clark, who has been sidelined with an injury for the last three games.
