Connor Puk Commits to Illinois Wesleyan University for 2026
Illinois native Connor Puk has announced his verbal commitment to swim for Illinois Wesleyan University beginning in the fall of 2026. Puk currently studies at Plainfield North High School in Illinois and trains with the Maverick Swim Club, where he specializes in the 200 individual medley and 100 breaststroke.
Puk capped off his senior season with several strong performances, including a personal best in the 100 freestyle while leading off the 400 free relay at Illinois Senior Champs (51.35). He also posted a lifetime best of 2:02.32 in the 200 IM at the Metea Valley Sectional, and swam a 4:38.56 personal best in the 400 IM at the Wheelock College Events in January.
