Mississippi State (4-0) will host No. 15 Tennessee (3-1, 0-1 SEC) on Saturday at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Mississippi.
The Week 5 SEC matchup is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. EDT. SEC Network will televise the matchup with Dave Neal (play-by-play), Fozzy Whittaker (analyst) and Morgan Uber (sideline reporter) on the call.

Beginning with the 2024-25 athletics calendar, the SEC made it mandatory for schools to provide public reports on availability of student-athletes to participate in each conference game in football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and baseball.
Ahead of the Tennessee-Mississippi State football game on Saturday a final student-athlete availability report was released.
Freshman offensive lineman David Sanders Jr. is listed as questionable for Tennessee against Mississippi State in Week 5. The 6-foot-6, 305-pound offensive lineman has not appeared in the Vols’ first four games in 2025 due to injury.
He enrolled early in January and participated in spring football practices.

Sanders Jr. signed with Tennessee during the early signing period on Dec. 5, 2024. He committed to the Vols on Aug. 17, 2024 over Georgia, Nebraska and Ohio State.
