BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Duke women’s basketball will face South Carolina in its 11th trip to the NCAA Elite Eight on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET at Legacy Arena.
Duke defeated longtime in-state rival UNC on Friday afternoon, 47-38, to advance, while South Carolina defeated Maryland in a final second’s shootout, 71-67.

This is the second time this season these two teams are meeting on the hardwood. South Carolina took the win in December 2024, 81-70. The Blue Devils haven’t beaten the Gamecocks since December 2016.
