EA Sports ranks Husky Stadium among CFB’s top 15 toughest environments

With EA Sports’ College Football 27 just a few weeks away, the third installment of the series since its return, the developer has started releasing some of its rankings for the upcoming season, including its hotly debated toughest places to play, a list that Husky Stadium has become a staple of.

However, just like in the previous releases of the game, its 2027 ranking of the 15th toughest stadium to play in feels a bit low, even though Jedd Fisch’s Huskies lost a pair of matchups at home during the 2025 season to the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Oregon Ducks.

While Husky Stadium has always been a daunting challenge for opponents, the last four seasons have asserted the Greatest Setting in College Football as one of the nation’s toughest environments for any team to play in. Over the last four years, Washington is 25-2 at home, good for a .926 winning percentage, something that Fisch is looking to continue building on in 2026.
