Several Georgia Bulldogs football standouts are celebrating a significant life accomplishment this weekend. Ten Bulldogs are graduating from the University of Georgia on Friday, May 9.
Georgia’s undergraduate graduation ceremony is held in Sanford Stadium starting at 7:30 p.m. ET. A total of 95 Georgia student athletes are graduating this spring.

Coach Kirby Smart has placed a strong emphasis on academics and it is paying off. Georgia has an Academic Progress Rate (APR) of 979 for the 2023-2024 academic year. It is Georgia football’s highest APR in the 19 years of data that is provided. APRs are based on a four-year rolling average.
Several notable Georgia players are graduating from UGA this weekend including Georgia’s projected starting quarterback Gunner Stockton and Las Vegas Raiders star tight end Brock Bowers.
