The Indiana Fever and the Chicago Sky will clash on Saturday for the first of five times in the 2025 WNBA season. After a lopsided 3-1 regular-season series win in 2024, the Fever are set to dominate the Sky again and make a statement from the very beginning of the season.
Having Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese going at each other always draws attention, and this game won’t be an exception. They have been battling for a long time now and many expect both players to elevate their games in their sophomore season.

Indiana and Chicago made several moves during the offseason, adding proven veterans to help their young stars have a better chance at the WNBA title.

The first matchup between Clark and Reese already has fans fired up. So much so that they started dropping predictions early in the morning. After the WNBA and Yahoo Sports‘ X accounts reminded them that the Fever and Sky are clashing today, they didn’t hesitate to pick which team would come out victorious in this matchup.

This will be the second matchup of the day after the New York Liberty and Las Vegas Aces clash in a 2024 semifinal rematch. Clark and Co. will host the Fever at Gainbridge Fieldhouse at 3:00 p.m. ET.
