All eyes will be on Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark when the new WNBA season opens in May as she tries to pick up where she left off from her impressive rookie season.
Clark lived up to the hype in her first campaign, leading the Fever to the playoffs for the first time since 2016. She was named Rookie of the Year after averaging 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, a league-best 8.4 assists and 1.3 steals.

It will be interesting to see how the 23-year-old star would play under returning Fever coach Stephanie White, who led the team to the finals in her first-ever stint in 2014. She’s back in Indiana after a two-season stint with the Connecticut Sun.

For sure, Clark will continue to bring her fiery competitiveness to the court. Clearly, she’s not much different off it.
In a video posted by the Fever on Instagram, Clark and Fever forward Lexie Hull went head-to-head in a “sticky hands challenge.” The first one to score three points won. Clue: It wasn’t Clark.
Fans didn’t hide their delight over the video, praising the Fever for their social media content. Many also had similar reactions to the fun matchup between Clark and Hull.
“Deep down CC was pissed 😂,” said a fan .
