Martial arts has a rich history, intertwined with cultures from across the world.
As disciplines have spread, they’ve advanced and evolved – all leading up to one moment in Mongolia. If it were not for the greatest combat sports historian of our time, Caposa (@Grabaka_Hitman on X, if you live under a rock) much of the world would not have known. But Caposa generously decided to share a previously unearthed grappling maneuver with the world Friday.
Enter: crotch-to-face.
At Mongolian Heroes MMA, one fighter decided to show the world this technique. When in a North-South position, he thrusted his hips repeatedly into his opponents’ face.
