Final indoor rankings published after record-breaking mass participation season

by

INDOOR WORLD SERIES OPEN RANKING presented by YOUYI.

With the conclusions of The Vegas Shoot, the indoor season has officially come to a close, and the world’s best are heading outdoors for the first big event of the season, the Puebla 2026 Hyundai Archery World Cup stage 1

But indoors, every archer has a chance to rub shoulders with the world’s elite, at one of the largest and most democratic circuits in any sport.

In 2025/2026 there were a record seven events available to shoot at, including new tournaments in Brazil and Mexico.

There are two official ranking lists for international indoor competition, the elite ranking and the open ranking. (There was previously a team ranking too, but this was discontinued in 2021).

There were 3321 Indoor World Series entries across the seven events. Archers collect points for the elite ranking by finishing in the top 16, 32 or 64 places at a tournament, with higher-tier events with more entrants offering more points, and more places with points.

The ranking uses an archer’s top three results across the season, and the final standings determine the overall Indoor World Series winners. There is no longer a finals event at the last stop in Vegas for the overall titles.

The open ranking uses the qualification round result. The ranking uses an archer’s top three 60-arrow results across the season. You don’t have to have competed in three tournaments: every archer who competes in an Indoor World Series event is listed in the open ranking.
