Five-star OL Immanuel Iheanacho names top schools

by

Five-star offensive tackle recruit Immanuel Iheanacho has named his top 11 schools. Iheanacho is one of the best recruits in the class of 2026.

The five-star plays high school football for Georgetown Prep in Baltimore, Maryland. Iheanacho is ranked the No. 3 prospect in the nation, per 247Sports. The 6-foot-7,345-pound offensive tackle is the No. 1 recruit in Maryland and the second-best player at his position in the 2026 recruiting cycle.

Who are Immanuel Iheanacho’s top schools?

Iheanacho’s top schools are Oregon, Georgia, Penn State, Alabama, Maryland, LSU, Texas A&M, Florida, Miami, Auburn and Tennessee. The five-star’s lengthy list of top schools will likely be trimmed down in the coming months.

The Oregon Ducks are the current leader for Iheanacho, but Georgia is one of the five-star offensive lineman’s top options. “Georgia is slightly behind Oregon for Iheanacho,” said Steve Wiltfong (subscription required) of On3.

Iheanacho has the talent to be a first-round NFL draft pick. He has the ideal frame for an offensive tackle and is the type of lineman every school is looking to add.

Georgia has an impressive record of producing first-round picks along the offensive line during the Kirby Smart era, so UGA has a strong recruiting pitch for Iheanacho.
