Former Ohio State women’s basketball star makes WNBA All-Star team

Former Ohio State and current Indiana Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell has been named to another WNBA All-Star team, and one of the starters at that. It’ll be Mitchell’s fourth-straight All-Star selection, and it is well-deserved. So far this season, Mitchell is the second-leading scorer in the League, averaging a career-high 21.6 points per contest, and is a bona fide star.

Mitchell, who is in her ninth season in the WNBA, will be joining Fever teammates Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston as starters, meaning there should be plenty of familiarity when the game tips off on July 25 at 8:30 p.m. ET in Chicago.
