LSU football learned its approximate start time for next week’s game at Vanderbilt. The two top-25 teams will kick off at either 11 or 11:45 AM CT in Nashville on the SEC Network.
The contest will be the Tigers’ third away contest. They opened the year with a win at Clemson and are coming off a loss in Oxford to Ole Miss, their first of the year. Following a home game against South Carolina on Saturday, they will prepare to hit the road again.

Vanderbilt suffered its first loss of the year last week at Alabama. The Commodores took care of the Gamecocks 31-7 in Columbia during Week 3 for their conference opener. They are on bye this week, giving them extra time to prepare for LSU.
The Tigers, at 4-1, are still finding their rhythm on offense. Quarterback Garrett Nussmeier has dealt with a lingering torso injury, while running back Caden Durham missed the game against the Rebels and head coach Brian Kelly continues to experiment with different players on the offensive line.
