The Georgia Bulldogs brought in 28 recruits during the 2025 recruiting cycle. Georgia’s 19 four-star recruits is the most in the SEC. UGA has 2024 early enrollees that are currently practicing with the Dawgs this spring (if they are healthy).
Georgia’s recruiting class ranks as the No. 2 class in the nation. Georgia was ranked only behind Texas in recruiting class rankings. Texas signed just one more five-star than the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs addressed several of their roster needs and signed blue chip prospects at key positions. Fans should expect for several Georgia freshman to come in and contribute right away in 2025.
The Bulldogs’ two top recruits are No. 1 defensive lineman Elijah Griffin and No. 1 EDGE Isaiah Gibson. Both players are ranked as five-stars and have a chance to make an immediate impact as true freshmen.
“We’ve got a lot of new players,” said Georgia head coach Kirby Smart ahead of spring practice. “It feels like more new players than ever before, which I think I say that every year. But the numbers don’t say that it’s more new guys, but it certainly feels like that. We’re averaging about 33 percent new per year.”
