Savannah Christian Prep defensive lineman Elijah Griffin is the No. 3 prospect on the USA Today High School Sports Top 100 composite football recruiting rankings for the class of 2025.

Griffin was the 2023-24 Coastal Empire High School Sports Awards Defensive Football Player of the Year. His USA Today composite ranking is the highest by any former HSSA winner or nominee.

Griffin is a 6-foot-5, 285-pound Georgia commit who could make an immediate impact in the SEC, most likely in the interior of the defensive line. In 2023, he was named the Georgia Class AAA Defensive Lineman of the Year.

In all, 13 players from the state of Georgia made the USA Today composite rankings, including four in the top 20.

Quarterback Bryce Underwood from Belleville, Michigan is the No. 1 ranked player. Underwood is a University of Michigan commit.
