FLASH! Gretchen Walsh Lowers Own WR In 100IM
Gretchen Walsh lowered her 100IM world record to 55.71 in the semis at short-course worlds in Budapest.
The USA swimmer posted 56.06 in prelims, the second swiftest all-time and 0.08 off the global standard she set in October 2024.
The two-time Olympic relay champion returned to the Duna Arena for the semifinals where she took 0.27 off her own WR.
