Harry Hardwick vs. Marwan Rahiki UFC Fight Night 269 preview
Hardwick (13-4-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) looks to notch his first win in the UFC. The former Cage Warriors champ lost his debut in September by first-round stoppage to Kaue Fernandes. That result snapped a nine-fight streak without a loss, which included eight wins and one draw.

Rahiki (7-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) makes his UFC debut on a main card following a victory on Dana White’s Contender Series in October. Rahiki finished Ananias Mulumba in the second round to win a UFC contract, while keeping his 100 percent finish rate alive.
Harry Hardwick vs. Marwan Rahiki UFC Fight Night 269 expert pick, prediction
Despite having much more intriguing offerings on the prelims, the UFC matchmakers decided to feature a featherweight affair between Marwan Rahiki and Harry Hardwick.
Although Rahiki is coming off a fight on the Contender Series that saw him take a ton of damage, I suspect that this matchup is much kinder to the Aussie.

I don’t want to be too harsh on Hardwick’s last performance, considering it came on short notice up a division, but I have serious doubts about the Englishman’s athleticism and staying power in this spot.
Hardwick has a solid lead hand he can work off of, but it comes at the cost of leg kicks and counters – tools Rahiki appears to have in spades.
There’s still a lot to learn about both men at this level, but I’ll officially pick Rahiki to force a stoppage via strikes in Round 3.
Harry Hardwick vs. Marwan Rahiki UFC Fight Night 269 odds
The oddsmakers and the public favor the Australian fighter, listing Rahiki -265 and Hardwick +210 via FanDuel.
