The 2025 PFL World Tournament continues Friday in New Jersey to crown a winner of the welterweight and featherweight brackets.

2025 PFL World Tournament 8: Finals takes place Friday at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J.

The card streams on ESPN+ at 6 p.m. ET and features the finals of the welterweight and featherweight tournaments. 

Main event: Thad Jean

  • Record: 10-0
  • Opponent: Logan Storley (18-3)
  • Division: Welterweight
  • Key wins: Jason Jackson, Mukhamed Berkhamov
  • Misc.: The undefeated Jean finished Berkhamov in the first round to kick off this year’s welterweight tournament. In the semifinal bout, he won a split decision over former Bellator champion Jackson – the biggest win of his career thus far.

Main event: Logan Storley

  • Record: 18-3
  • Opponent: Thad Jean (10-0)
  • Division: Welterweight
  • Key wins: Michael Page, Neiman Gracie, Brennan Ward
  • Misc.: A former Bellator champion, Storley has fought the toughest available under the Bellator and PFL banners. His crowning moment came by split decision over Michael Page in May 2022 to win the vacant 170-pound title. He is currently on a three-fight winning streak.

  • Misc.: Khaybulaev, the 2021 PFL featherweight season winner, has yet to experience defeat officially. He was stopped in 2019 by Daniel Pineda, but the result was later overturned to a no contest due to a failed drug test. Since then, he has won all nine fights, including two submission finishes.

  • Misc.: Pinedo, the 2023 PFL featherweight season winner, has proven to be a dangerous finisher. Since exiting the UFC in 2019, he has built a record of 9-2, which includes finishes in all of his victories – six in Round 1.
