The No. 1-ranked UConn women’s basketball team has a chance to close out the regular season undefeated with a victory over St. John’s on Sunday night (7:30 p.m. ET, TNT) at Madison Square Garden.
Azzi Fudd’s career is coming to a close for the Huskies. The senior guard said it’s an honor to play at MSG.

“I am excited to play there with this team; excited it’s my last place to go out, last regular season game,” Fudd said. “I think it’s just going to be tons of fun.”
Fudd, who had 24 points against Georgetown on Thursday, is averaging 18.1 a game. Sophomore Sarah Strong is the other half of UConn’s one-two punch, averaging 18.8 points and 7.7 rebounds.
The Huskies (30-0, 19-0 Big East) are on a 46-game win streak dating back to last season. They have won 66 straight in the Big East.
St. John’s (21-9, 11-8 Big East) is led by Brooke Moore, who averages 12.2 points a game.
