Indiana Fever Invites Caitlin Clark to Be Guest Judge for Dance Squad Auditions

Caitlin Clark is just one of three players on the Indiana Fever roster who remain under contract for the 2026 WNBA season. This means that the two-time All-Star, along with Aliyah Boston and Makayla Timpson, are the only three players who are guaranteed to return this upcoming season.

The Fever will need to negotiate new deals with the rest of the squad. However, contract talks could be put on hold amid the uncertainty surrounding the 2026 campaign. At this point, the WNBA and the players’ union still have not found common ground on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). With how things are going, the prospect of a lockout is becoming increasingly possible.

It’s business as usual for the Fever, though, despite the uncertainty surrounding the upcoming season. On Thursday, the team announced on social media that they will be holding tryouts for their dance squad.

“ready to bring the heat? 😏🌡️ registration for the 2026 Inferno Hip-Hop Squad auditions is now LIVE 💥” the team posted on Instagram.
