With the release of the Big 12 Conference play slate on Tuesday morning, the puzzle is complete.
The entire Iowa State football schedule for the 2025 season is set. The Cyclones will open the season with a conference game against rival Kansas State in the Aer Lingus College Football Classic in Dublin, Ireland, on Aug. 23.
Non-conference play features back-to-back home games against South Dakota (Aug. 30) and in-state rival Iowa (Sept. 6). The Cyclones will then head on the road to play Arkansas State (Sept. 13) in their final non-conference game.
Homecoming is scheduled for Oct. 25 against BYU. The following week, the Cyclones will host Arizona State in a rematch of last season’s Big 12 Conference championship game on Nov. 1.
Iowa State will host Kansas in its final home game of the season on Nov. 22 before wrapping up the regular season on the road at Oklahoma State on Nov. 29.
The Cyclones are slated to return 12 starters, with six each on offense and defense.
Kickoff times and TV networks will be announced at a later date.
