The BBN is still celebrating an awesome comeback victory over LSU on Wednesday night, but now we are less than 24 hours away from the first Kentucky Basketball vs. Tennessee matchup of the basketball season.
Knoxville has been kind to UK the last several seasons, as they have won five of their last six games at Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center. The Wildcats will once again be underdogs, this time at 5.5 points in favor of the Volunteers.

Will this Kentucky team be able to notch another win in that building? If so, they’ll be doing it shorthanded once again.
Earlier on Friday, Jeff Goodman reported that Jayden Quaintance would be out once again for UK. That was confirmed tonight with the official report.
With some knee swelling holding him out of the last few games, Quaintance will once again join Jaland Lowe as out for the matchup with the Volunteers.
For Tennessee, they will only be without forward Cade Phillips. The Vols have been without Phillips since early December.
Did the Cats find some momentum in the second half against LSU? If they hope to continue to push forward in the SEC, this is an opportunity for a statement win.
