Blamire, 27, has made over 100 appearances for Newcastle and has won seven England caps.

Haffar, 23, will join from Northampton Saints after starting his career at London Irish, while Moro, 24, who made his Test debut for Argentina in 2024, will move to the Premiership from Pampas XV in Super Rugby Americas.
“Tarek is a young, talented front-rower, who is making great strides in his career already, and we are pleased that it will continue with us at Leicester Tigers,” Wilks added.
“We believe Joaquin has huge potential to develop and continue the proud tradition of Argentine players fulfilling their ambitions in the game as part of our club.
“Wilf McCarthy has shown promise with Hartpury University and we are excited to be a part of this next stage in his development as a player.
“And we always keep track of the talented youngsters who have developed with us and, like in the case of Ollie Chessum, are delighted to welcome back Charlie.”
