If finishes are something you pine for as an MMA fan, the LFA seldom lets you down.
Typically with a finish rate that hovers around 60 percent, the longtime UFC feeder promotion had shows in Minnesota and South Dakota in April. Like usual, it brought some highlight-worthy finishes.
But remarkably, every fight at LFA 206 in Minnesota was a stoppage – 12 for 12. And the next week, six of nine bouts in South Dakota were finishes for an 87 percent stoppage rate across the two cards. Over the promotion’s past three events, more than 3/4 of the fights have been finishes.
