The WNBA has grown by leaps and bounds in terms of its influential nature in recent years with the addition of the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer Caitlin Clark to the Indiana Fever as well as Angel Reese to the Chicago Sky.
The addition of the two former college basketball megawatt stars has helped the league to raise its profile.

Those who came before Clark and Reese have also become hot topics including Breanna Stewart, who was won two WNBA championships as a member of New York’s professional women’s basketball team, the Liberty.
On Wednesday, Stewart took to her X account to share a loving reaction to being named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People according to Time Magazine.

“Time100,” Stewart succinctly said as she got the news, along with a heart emoji and a pair of praying hands emoji.
Stewart’s Liberty beat the Minnesota Lynx by a score of 67-62 in Game 5 of the WNBA Finals, capturing its first title in nearly three decades.
