Louisville basketball will reportedly play cross-state rival Indiana during the nonconference portion of its 2025-26 schedule.
The Cardinals and the Hoosiers have agreed on a Dec. 6 game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, according to a post Thursday from The Field of 68’s Jeff Goodman on X, formerly Twitter.

This will be the third straight season U of L and IU have met on the hardwood. The former won the most recent meeting in dominant fashion, 89-61 in the first round of the Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis, and the latter rallied late to win the 2023-24 matchup, 74-66 at the Empire Classic.
