The Marquette men’s basketball team will be very familiar with the stretch of I-94 between Milwaukee and Chicago next season.
The Golden Eagles announced May 14 that they will play Oklahoma on Nov. 28 at Credit Union 1 Arena on the University of Illinois-Chicago campus.
MU had previously announced that it will face Indiana on Nov. 9 at the United Center. The Golden Eagles also have their Big East matchup with DePaul at Wintrust Arena.

The Sooners will have some familiar faces, including incoming freshman Kai Rogers, a coveted recruit who played at Wauwatosa East High School before moving to Overtime Elite last season. Rogers’ former Tosa East teammate Jake Hansen also announced he would play for Oklahoma.
Oklahoma is coached by Porter Moser, a Chicago area native and former UW-Milwaukee assistant coach who gained fame leading Loyola (Ill.) to the Final Four in 2018.
MU’s other non-conference games include its annual matchup with Wisconsin, Dayton and Maryland at Fiserv Forum and Purdue on the road.
