Nassourdine Imavov delivered the goods in the biggest spot of his career Saturday when he knocked out former champion Israel Adesanya in the UFC Fight Night 250 main event.
Imavov (16-4 MMA, 8-2 UFC) put the name of a ex-titleholder on his resume for the first time when he floored Adesanya (24-5 MMA, 13-5 UFC) for the second-round knockout at ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, extending his winning streak to four fights overall, and seven straight in the middleweight division.
