Missouri football is back on the recruiting trail.

Tims, a 6-foot, 195-pound safety out of Armwood High in Seffner, Florida, is the 73rd-ranked safety in his class, according to the recruiting service 247Sports’ composite rankings. The service rates the defensive back as the No. 922 player in the nation and the No. 124 player out of the state of Florida.
The high school junior held SEC offers from Vanderbilt and Ole Miss, as well as power-conference offers from the likes of Wisconsin, Kansas State, Indiana and Iowa State.
Tims is the second player to commit to Mizzou head coach Eli Drinkwitz’s next recruiting class, following defensive lineman Anthony Kennedy Jr. out of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Kennedy, a 6-3 1/2 prospect who committed to Mizzou back in December, is the 44th-ranked defensive lineman in his class.
