The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association has announced five finalists for the Ms. Basketball Award, given annually to the top senior girls basketball player in the state.

The finalists, in alphabetical order, are JJ Barnes of The Prairie School, Makena Christian of Hartford, Kristina Ouimette of Lakeland, Amy Terrian of Pewaukee and Rainey Welson of Hortonville.

The winner of the 2025 Ms. Basketball Award will be announced at the WIAA girls state basketball tournament, taking place March 13-15 at the Resch Center in Ashwaubenon.

Ms. Basketball has been given to the most outstanding senior girls basketball player since 1982. Nominees and the winner are selected by a committee of current WBCA board members.

Allie Ziebell of Neenah won the 2024 Ms. Basketball Award during a 24-6 season in which the Rockets finished state runners-up to Arrowhead in Division 1.
