MSU football re-offers elite Illinois EDGE Chris Kasky

Michigan State football has re-offered a high-level and highly-coveted edge rusher in the 2027 class.

Chris Kasky of La Grange Park, Ill. announced on Friday that he’s been re-offered by the new Michigan State football coaching staff. Kasky was initially offered by the previous staff in October, and on Friday he posted on his social media X account to make it known that he’s been re-offered by new head coach Pat Fitzgerald.

Kasky is a high-level three-star edge rusher, with a recruiting rating of 89 in 247Sports’ composite system. He ranks as the No. 30 edge rusher and No. 11 player from Illinois in the class. He is also the No. 370 overall player in the class.

Michigan State is one of nearly 15 schools to extend an offer to Kasky, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisville, Minnesota, Purdue, Wisconsin, Memphis, Miami (OH), San Diego State and Toledo.
