One of the top linebacker prospects on the Spartans’ recruiting board is set to visit Michigan State this upcoming weekend.
Angel Luciano of Harrisburg, Pa. will visit Michigan State this upcoming weekend, according to a post from his social media X account. Luciano is a linebacker prospect in the 2026 class and plays for Steelton-Highspire High.

Luciano is listed as a three-star prospect on 247Sports. He holds a rating of 87 on the recruiting service’s site.
Luciano ranks as the No. 57 linebacker in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2026 class. He is also listed as the No. 25 player from the state of Pennsylvania in the class.
Michigan State has made Luciano a priority since the Spartans offered him in early January. He is already scheduled to take an official visit to Michigan State in June so this spring visit is only furthering his connection with the Spartans’ program.
Other than Michigan State, Luciano also holds notable offers from Minnesota, Cincinnati, Indiana, Maryland, Liberty, Pitt, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Wisconsin. According to 247Sports, Michigan State, Cincinnati and Minnesota are the current favorites in the race for his commitment.
