MSU football to host in-state EDGE with P4 offers for camp visit this weekend

Michigan State football is set to host one of the top in-state prospects in the 2028 class for a camp this upcoming weekend.

Jordan Osagiede of Roseville, Mich. is set to visit with Michigan State football this upcoming weekend for one of their recruiting camps. He announced on social media platform X that he’ll be attending the Spartans’ Big Man Camp on Sunday.

Osagiede is currently listed as a three-star prospect, with a recruiting rating of 86 on Rivals. He ranks as the No. 64 edge rusher and No. 16 player from Michigan in Rivals’ rankings for the 2028 class.

Michigan State has not yet extended an offer to Osagiede, but he has received power four interest from some other notable schools. According to 247Sports, he holds offers from Washington, Iowa, Syracuse, Bowling Green, Miami (OH) and UConn.

It’ll be interesting to see if Osagiede leaves his camp visit with an offer from the Spartans. Even if he doesn’t leave this weekend with an offer, don’t be surprised if Michigan State eventually hands him one based on the schools already pursuing him.
