The weather forecast has changed throughout the week, going from pleasant to rainy to pleasant again. If the forecast holds for June 1, it will be a beautiful night for racing in Middle Tennessee.

The biggest rain threat is forecast around 2 p.m. but include thunderstorms. The chance of rain drops significantly from the 2 p.m. rain threat before the race, down from 51% to 16% at green flag time at 6 p.m. From there, the rain chance drops to 11% at 7 p.m. and all the way to 0% by 8 p.m.
Also, the temperature will be a pleasant 80 degrees at green flag time and staying in the 70s for the entire race, unless it runs into the 10 p.m. CT hour and drops to 68 degrees.
