Friday evening’s NASCAR Truck Series race at Naval Base Coronado marked the 13th points race of the regular season, drawing us ever close to the The Chase later this year. Fittingly for a grueling, winding road-course race at Naval Base Coronado, we got some chaos and a bit of a shakeup in the NASCAR Truck Standings today.
Grant Enfinger saved himself some spots in the points standings by accruing the most stage points (San Diego) at San Diego, while fellow driver Stewart Friesen wasn’t as fortunate. Friesen finished 33rd on Friday night, dropping him even further back in the Truck Series The Chase standings.
