NC State women’s basketball is just a few weeks away from beginning its practice schedule inside Reynolds Coliseum. Once coach Wes Moore and the rest of his squad, paced by star guards Zoe Brooks and Zam Jones, hit the floor, the season will be right around the corner.
The ACC released the women’s basketball conference matchups Tuesday afternoon, rounding out the Wolfpack’s complete slate of games for the 2025-26 season. As the Pack looks to make another deep run in the NCAA Tournament, its upcoming season is sure to test the team before then.

Notes on the 2025-26 schedule
– NC State will be busy traveling in the first month of the season with four of its first seven games away from Reynolds Coliseum, though two of those will still be played in the state of North Carolina in Charlotte and Greensboro. Both of those games will be tough tests to open the season with a pair of NCAA Sweet 16 teams from a year ago in Tennessee and Southern California.
– The month of February will be another telling stretch this season. A year ago, it featured five ranked matchups, including a home date with then-No. 1 Notre Dame. NC State proved itself over those games, going 4-1 to cement itself as one of the top teams in the nation. This season is no different as UNC, Florida State, Notre Dame and Duke are all likely to be ranked, and NC State will face all four of those teams in a five-game stretch to begin the month. The Wolfpack will be on the road for its tilts with Notre Dame and Duke to finish that tough sequence of games, which should show what NC State is made of this season.
– NC State avoided a West Coast trip after it visited Cal and Stanford a year ago. Instead, they’ll both visit Reynolds Coliseum to kick off the 2026 calendar year. A New Year’s Day game is interesting, but with Stanford in town, it’ll likely be in the evening or night.
