Walsh will host Malone in a men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader tonight at Alumni Arena. The women’s game tips off at 5:30. The men’s game will follow.

It didn’t look good for Walsh early in the women’s game. Malone raced out to an 11-2 lead.
The Cavaliers quickly regrouped and scored nine straight points in just over two minutes to tie things up at the first media timeout.
Malone women’s basketball aiming for 10th straight victory
Malone carries a nine-game winning streak into the women’s game. The first-place Pioneers (14-2, 8-0) hold a one-half game lead over Ashland and Hillsdale in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference.
Walsh (8-11, 3-8) will try to stop a three-game losing streak.
