Nebraska men’s basketball (19-0, 8-0) returned home Wednesday night to host Washington (10-9, 2-6). In another massive surge, the Huskers grabbed their 19th win on the season and 23rd straight victory to remain undefeated, taking down the Huskies 76-66.
Nebraska controlled the game once it broke out its first major run of the night, a 13-2 stretch that put the team up 32-19 with under seven minutes left in the first. Washington managed to cut the deficit to eight a couple of times before the end of the half, but the Huskers never let their lead drop below 10 in the second half.

Nebraska once again struck from beyond the arc, finishing 11-of-29 while Washington shot just 6-of-21. The Huskers also totaled 28-of-55 from the floor and 9-of-12 from the free throw line against Washington’s 27-of-61 and 6-of-10.
Pryce Sandfort delivered a team-high 23 points on the night, his third straight 20-point outing. He shot 8-of-13 on the night, hit 4-of-7 from beyond the arc and 3-of-4 from the free throw line. Across the last three games, Sandfort’s scored 73 points and landed 16 three-pointers.
Sam Hoiberg hit 6-of-9 from the floor and 2-of-4 from three-point range to score 14 points for his third straight double-digit game. He also co-led the team in rebounds alongside Berke Büyüktuncel, securing seven. Büyüktuncel finished 4-of-6 in shooting to score eight points.
Rienk Mast and Jamarques Lawrence combined for 23 points on the night, both hitting two shots from beyond the arc. Mast hit 4-of-13 for 12 points, and Lawrence shot 3-of-7 for 11 points.

The Huskers hit the road for their next two games, starting with a battle up north against Minnesota on Saturday morning. Tipoff is set for 11 a.m. CT on FS1.
