Former Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban is done coaching football, but he’s still helping make a positive impact on others.
In a recent social media post by the non-profit organization “For Others,” Saban can be seen in one of the photos in the slide, taking a swing during a celebrity golf tournament that aimed to raise funds for a bigger cause.

“To our celebrities, entertainers, corporate sponsors and every person who gave their time and resources: your generosity is unmatched. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you,” a part of the post’s caption read.
“We can’t wait to see all the children and families who will be served by this fundraiser. Here’s a sneak peek from the day—more to come!”
In her own way, Saban’s daughter, Kristen Saban, also helped spread awareness about the event by sharing his father’s photo during the golf tournament.

Arguably the best college football coach in history, the 73-year-old Saban is keeping himself busy following his retirement from coaching in 2024.

Apart from teeing off in charitable golf events, the seven-time national champion is also expected to play a major role in the proposed college sports commission by United States President Donald Trump.

The College Football Hall of Famer has reportedly already met with Texas businessman Cody Campbell, who is spearheading the creation of the presidential commission, according to Ross Dellenger of Yahoo Sports.
It will be interesting to see how big of an impact Saban could have in college sports should he assume a position in the said commission that’s envisioned to address issues beleaguering athletics in the collegiate ranks.
