Kyan Evans will continue his career at one of the blue bloods of men’s college basketball.
The point guard announced on X Wednesday night his commitment to transfer to North Carolina from Colorado State.

The 6-foot-2 point guard averaged 10.6 points and 3.1 assists per game in 2024-25 as a sophomore in his first season as a starter.
Evans turned heads nationally in the NCAA Tournament. He hit six 3-pointers in a first-round win over Memphis, garnering significant attention from other programs.
Evans shot 45% from 3-point range on the season and had at least one 3-pointer in each of the final 15 games of the season. Evans shot 60% (24-40) from 3-point range over eight games in March as he helped the Rams win the Mountain West tournament and advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
