A former member of the Oklahoma City University, Adams did not play last season but averaged 9.4 points per game over 19 games during her freshman season.

“Jaz brings a great combination of size and the ability to rebound the basketball,” Ferguson said via press release.

Kayley Alt | junior

Alt saw the court often last season for East Central University, appearing in 24 games mainly off the bench as a 3-point specialist. In high school, Alt earned an Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State nod, while scoring 1,000 points over her four-year career.

“Kayley is a great local player who can shoot the basketball,” Ferguson said. “Her ability to stretch the floor helps give us more perimeter shooting depth that we need.”

Makala Bingley | senior

An Australian native, Bingley comes to NSU after starting for Texas University at Permian Basin in every game in 2024-’25, putting up 7 ppg.

“Makala has produced for three years in the Lone Star and is a proven player. She can score inside and out with the ability to play multiple positions,” Ferguson said.

McKenzie Smith | junior

A former Amarillo Globe-News Player of the Year and Press Pass Sports Girl Basketball Player of the Year in 2022-’23 — her senior season — Smith comes from Kansas after not seeing action during her sophomore season.

“Mac has the ability to score at all three levels,” Ferguson said. “Her ability to create shots for herself and her teammates is something we really needed to add in recruiting this year.”
