STILLWATER — Oklahoma State men’s basketball is a No. 2 seed in the National Invitation Tournament, hosting Davidson at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at Gallagher-Iba Arena.

The Cowboys (19-14) were selected for the Tulsa Region of the top-seeded Golden Hurricane in the 32-team field. The winner between OSU and Davidson will face the Wichita State/Wyoming winner in the second round.

Last year, the Cowboys advanced to the NIT round of eight before losing to North Texas.

OSU went 1-1 at the Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City, Missouri, last week, defeating Colorado and losing to TCU.
