“Trez has been awesome,” UW wide receivers coach Kevin Cummings said, as secondary coach John Richardson shouted ‘best wide receivers coach in the country’ as he walked into the tunnel. “Trez has done a heck of a job learning the plays and applying them on the field. So, he’s the one that I would say is the furthest along so far.”

Davis flipped his pledge from Tulane to Washington on early signing day last December, a necessary addition for Cummings and head coach Jedd Fisch as the Huskies brought in three four-star freshmen at receiver to offset the loss of starter Denzel Boston to the NFL draft and the transfer portal departures of Raiden Vines-Bright and Audric Harris.
