Coventry City boss Frank Lampard has said that the scoreless draw at home to Oxford United was a “frustrating result”.
Despite the visitors being reduced to 10 men late on, the Sky Blues were unable to take advantage as their winless run in the Championship extends to three matches.

“It’s a frustrating result but the lads did everything,” Lampard told BBC Radio CWR.
“There’s lots of positives in the performance though, we dominated every part of it really and didn’t give anything away other than maybe one counter-attack in the first half, other than that it was all us, the ball wasn’t going in the net though.
“We were very good up to the last bit, it’s not easy against a dogged team that set up in a low block.
“We tried a lot and we created enough to win the game but it didn’t happen for us.”
Coventry next face second placed Middlesbrough who could be above them by the time they meet on 16 February.
