April has been a month to remember for Paige Bueckers.
First, she led the UConn Huskies to a National Championship. Then she was drafted first overall by the WNBA’s Dallas Wings.
So, it was of little surprise Thursday night at Goldin when a Bueckers 2023-24 Bowman University Chrome SuperFractor 1/1 sold for a record $31,787, more than doubling the previous high for a Bueckers card of $15,500 set just three weeks prior.

Bueckers is the latest big name in women’s basketball to see record prices in her card market, as Caitlin Clark recently surpassed Serena Williams for the most expensive female sports card ever sold ($366,000).
Though Bueckers has yet to step on a WNBA court, her new record sale has already eclipsed those of WNBA legends like Sue Bird ($7,000), Diana Taurasi ($11,000), Sheryl Swoopes ($2,025), Tamika Catchings ($985), Candace Parker ($6,900) and Lisa Leslie ($3,200).
