Partizan Mozzart Bet have strengthened their backcourt by signing Argentine guard Luka Vildoza to a two-year contract, the club announced Sunday. The 30-year-old arrives after spending the 2025-26 season with Virtus Bologna, adding EuroLeague experience and perimeter shot creation to a roster undergoing significant changes.
Vildoza has played for several EuroLeague clubs during his career, including Baskonia, Crvena Zvezda, Panathinaikos, Olympiacos and Virtus. He also had a brief NBA stint with the Milwaukee Bucks and was part of Argentina’s national team that finished as runner-up at the 2019 FIBA World Cup.
During the 2025-26 EuroLeague season with Virtus, Vildoza averaged 7.6 points, 4.4 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 31 games while shooting 45.2% from the field and 35.0% from three-point range. He also averaged 8.1 points, 3.6 assists and 2.5 rebounds in 15 Italian LBA appearances, connecting on 38.0% of his three-point attempts.
Vildoza’s best EuroLeague season statistically came in 2022-23 with Partizan’s arch rival Crvena Zvezda, when he averaged 12.6 points, 3.9 assists and 2.5 rebounds over 29 games. That season, he shot 35.5% from three on 5.3 attempts per game and recorded 1.4 steals per contest, establishing himself as one of the league’s more productive two-way guards.
The move gives Partizan another experienced ball-handler after a busy offseason in which the club lost several perimeter players. Duane Washington Jr., Nick Calathes, Sterling Brown and Isaac Bonga are among the departures, while Partizan previously added Alessandro Pajola, Kevarrius Hayes, Lamar Stevens and Nikola Tanaskovic.
Partizan finished the 2025-26 EuroLeague regular season in 15th place with a 16-22 record, missing the postseason.
