There were a lot of cheers during the UFC 300 pay-per-view (PPV) event … and a couple of boos.

UFC 300, which shook up the divisional rankings, featured some of the best knockouts of the year, including Alex Pereira’s first-round finish of former light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill. And who could forget the “BMF” battle between Max Holloway and Justin Gaethje and its dramatic, last-second ending.
“How many times have you seen a fight where a guy is winning, they click the 10-second thing, the guy puts his hands up, and they run around and move around?” UFC CEO, Dana White, said at the UFC 300 post-fight press conference. “[Holloway’s] got the fight won, and he’s in there with one of the most dangerous guys in the f*cking business, and he says, ‘Let’s do this.’ And they f*cking oblige and they go in. One second left and then a knockout like that. That’s like movie sh*t. People always ask me what I do, I sell holy sh*t moments for a living. That was the ultimate holy sh*t moment of all time.”
