PHOTOS: Alabama wears throwback uniforms in win vs. Creighton

Not only did the Alabama Crimson Tide pick up a big win Saturday night at home against the Creighton Bluejays, but the program did so while wearing some special throwback uniforms.

The uniforms were an homage to some of the Alabama team’s from the early 2000’s, who wore them for multiple seasons around that time frame.

The second consecutive season that Alabama has worn a special uniform, the Crimson Tide controlled this game against Creighton from the start, cruising their way to an 83-75 victory. Despite some struggles from three-point range, Alabama received a game-high 27 points from Mark Sears, while guard Chris Youngblood also made his anticipated Crimson Tide debut.
