A bantamweight clash between Raoni Barcelos and Montel Jackson is in the works for UFC Vegas 116, which goes down on April 25 at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas. Multiple people with knowledge of the negotiations confirmed the news with MMA Fighting on Monday.
UFC Vegas 116 will be headlined by Sean Brady and Joaquin Buckley in a welterweight showdown.

Barcelos (21-5), who turns 39 years old a week after the event, enters the cage riding a four-fight winning streak, including a trio of victories over Payton Talbott, Cody Garbrandt and Ricky Simon in 2025.
Jackson (15-3) will attempt to rebound from a split decision loss to former UFC flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo in enemy territory at UFC Rio, a result that snapped a four-year long streak of six victories in the promotion.
The line-up currently includes a number of Brazilians talents scheduled to compete in Las Vegas, from Norma Dumont taking on Yana Santos, jiu-jitsu legend Rodolfo Vieira taking on Eric McConico, one-time bantamweight title contender Mayra Bueno Silva battling for redemption versus Michelle Montague, and a fliyweight clash between Jafel Filho and Lucas Rocha.
