Michigan State football’s month of June was one of the most successful recruiting months the program has seen in years, gaining the commitment of 17 different players, going on an absolute heater.
While the month of June is over, and the Spartans are sitting at 21 commitments in the 2026 recruiting class, there are still a handful of prospects on the board.

Most of the positions have been filled in the class, but the Spartans are still looking to fill out spots on both the offensive and defensive lines, and that is where the decisions are yet to be made.
As of now, there are seven targets that the Spartans are still waiting to hear decisions from, and they are prospects that could make monumental shifts within the recruiting class, one that has already had a ton of success.
Check out what recruits to look out for as impending decisions are set to be made:
OL Adrian Hamilton
Michigan State has put together a gorgeous offensive line class, adding four offensive lineman the staff really likes already, but there is still one more piece left in the puzzle. Interior offensive lineman Adrian Hamilton from Washington, D.C. is the last piece to the puzzle and the Spartans want to see him as their center of the future.

As of now, it appears that it is a 50/50 race between the Spartans and Virginia Tech, with a decision coming on July 5.
DL Nehemiah Kolone
Stillwater (OK) defensive lineman Nehemiah Kolone is a swing defensive lineman, that may translate to strong side defensive end or a 3-tech defensive tackle. A player that may take a religious mission trip, delaying his time in college for another year, he is someone that has gained a lot of attention.
As of now, BYU seems to be the favorite, but Michigan State and Oklahoma State are still in the mix to land the 3-star target.
DL Tyson Harley
A 4-star edge rusher from Washington, D.C. the Spartans have slowly been working in the background on the elite prospect from the DMV.

With a decision coming on July 5, Penn State currently holds the crystal ball lead, but the Spartans and others are going to make a push to the finish line.
DL Chris Addison
A very high 3-star edge rusher, the Spartans rolled out the red carpet for Chris Addison, a Winnsboro, Louisiana native. Unfortunately, Florida State, a nearby school to his hometown, might have propelled themselves ahead of MSU, UCLA and Arizona State.
There is no decision day set at this time.
DL Carter Gooden
An elite top 70 player in the 2026 recruiting class, Michigan State has been in on the Marion (MA) prospect for a long time. At this time, though, it appears that he is down to Boston College, Penn State and UCLA, with a decision coming soon.

While not included in the top three, many in MSU circles believe that they are doing good work while working in the shadows, giving them a chance when the decision day comes.
ATH Salesi Moa
A top 50 athlete in the class, Moa has a host of suitors and is now down to five teams vying for his commitment.
